These terms govern the use of the ertanlar.com website operated by Ertanlar Makina San. ve Tic. Ltd. Şti. ("Ertanlar Makina"). By using the site, you declare that you have read and accepted these terms. If you do not accept the terms, we ask that you do not use the site.

1. Scope and Purpose of the Site

ertanlar.com is a corporate presentation site that introduces Ertanlar Makina's steel pallet and container products, corporate information and contact channels. No direct sales or orders are taken through the site. Product, project and quotation requests are sent through the contact form or the channels on the contact page.

2. Content and Intellectual Property

The texts, images, photographs, videos, graphics, logos and design elements on the site, and the site software, belong to Ertanlar Makina or the relevant rights holders and are protected by the relevant legislation, in particular Law No. 5846 on Intellectual and Artistic Works and Law No. 6769 on Industrial Property.

  • Copying, reproducing, modifying, distributing or using the content for commercial purposes without Ertanlar Makina's prior written permission is prohibited.
  • The names and logos of third-party organizations mentioned on the site belong to their respective owners.
  • Viewing the content for personal, non-commercial purposes and making short quotations with attribution are outside this prohibition.

3. Nature of the Information

The information on the site is for general presentation purposes. No statement, price, capacity, delivery time or product feature on the site is a binding offer or commitment. A binding offer or contract is formed only by documents prepared in writing by authorized Ertanlar Makina representatives and approved by both parties.

4. Product Images and Technical Information

Product images, dimensions, technical specifications and catalog information are for information purposes; they may change without prior notice because of product development, production or regulatory changes. Images may differ from the actual appearance of the product. The current and binding technical information required for a project or order is confirmed in writing at the quotation stage.

5. User Obligations

When using the site, you agree to:

  • Not use the site for purposes that are unlawful or contrary to public morality,
  • Not attempt to disrupt the operation of the site or servers or threaten their security (such as unauthorized access, automated attacks, malware or automated requests that create excessive load),
  • Provide accurate, current information in the contact and job application forms, limited to information that belongs to you or that you have the right to share,
  • Not send unlawful, insulting or harmful content or files through the forms.

6. External Links

The site may contain links to third-party sites such as YouTube and LinkedIn. The owners of those sites are responsible for their content, privacy practices and terms of use. Providing a link does not mean that the content of the linked site is endorsed.

Ertanlar Makina takes reasonable care to keep the information on the site accurate and current; however, it does not guarantee that the site will operate without interruption or error, or that the information will be complete and current. The processing of your personal data is explained in the Privacy Policy and KVKK Privacy Notice, and the use of cookies in the Cookie Policy. These documents are an integral part of these terms.

9. Governing Law and Competent Courts

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. The courts and enforcement offices of Eskişehir are competent for disputes that may arise from these terms or from the use of the site. Mandatory jurisdiction rules and means of recourse arising from consumer legislation are reserved.

10. Changes

Ertanlar Makina may update these terms at any time. The current version is always published on this page; the version identifier and date at the top of the page change. Continuing to use the site after an update means that you accept the current terms.
